SHIPPING

Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Our Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.00 per order, plus $.50 per item. Orders over $150.00 will receive free shipping.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders ship by either USPS or FedEx. Packages will arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. 

Orders placed late Friday afternoon, in most cases, will not be processed until Monday.

During holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to the holiday to ensure timely delivery.

Live near Plano, TX? If you'd like to opt out of shipping we can arrange a pickup time and location for your order. Just enter promo code PLANOPICKUP at checkout to remove the shipping costs. You will be sent an email once your order is ready and we'll coordinate the pickup time and location then.

We currently only ship within the US.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

Thanks for shopping at The Flowerloft. We encourage you to take your time selecting your purchases, and if you have any questions to contact us first. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help!

 

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

ALL SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you need the same item in a different size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shoptheflowerloft@gmail.com and send your item to: The Flowerloft, 4112 Dundee Ln. Plano TX 75093.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are exchanging a defective or damaged item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange. If you are exchanging for a different size you will pay your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

*The Flowerloft is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order. We require 24-48 hours for order processing.
